Product Description
Difflam Antibacterial Sore Throat Lozenges Lemon. Lemon coloured, round biconvex lozenges having lemon flavour with sweet taste.

Ingredients
Each lozenge contains:
2,4-Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol 1.2mg
Amylmetacresol 0.6mg

Indications
For the symptomatic relief of mouth and throat infections.

Dosage and Administration
Adults and children (over 6 years old).
One lozenge to be dissolved slowly in the mouth every 2-3 hours up to a maximum of 12 lozenges in 24 hours.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Warning and Precautions:
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Not to be given to children under 6 years.
If symptoms persist, have not improved or have worsened after 3 days, consult a doctor or health care professional. Patients with hereditary problems of glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrose-isomaltose insufficiency should not take this medicine.

Pregnancy and Lactation
Pregnancy
There are no or limited amount of data from the use of amylmetacresol and 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol. As with all medicines care should be taken when using this product in pregnancy and medical advice sought if necessary.

Breast-feeding
It is unknown whether 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol, amylmetacresol or metabolites are excreted in human milk. A risk to the newborns/infants cannot be excluded.

Drug Interactions
No clinically significant interactions are known.

Adverse Effects
Hypersensitivity reactions, glossodynia and oral discomfort.

Overdose
Overdosage should not present a problem other than gastrointestinal discomfort. Treatment should be symptomatic.

Storage
Store below 30°C, in a dry place.

2. Wrong item(s) delivered not as per ordered.
3. Expired items.
4. Wrong quantity delivered – it could be over supplied or under supplied.

Note: All products returned must be in the exact condition received by the customer. In the unlikely event that your return does not meet the above requirement, our Customer Service Team will notify you before sending it back to you.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER SUBMITTING THE ONLINE FORM?

Our Customer Service Team will contact you within 7 working days after receiving the online form. In the event the customer does not receive any reply from us after the 7 working days period, please contact us via e-mail at online@royalepharma.com or Hotline number at 1 800 88 8380. Our selected courier company will collect the product from your location to be returned to RoyalePharma.

HOW LONG AFTER THE COLLECTION PROCESS WILL I GET MY PRODUCT REPLACEMENT?

RoyalePharma will evaluate the returned product and determine whether it meets the Return Policy requirements. The evaluation process will take at least 3 working days. Once approved, the new replacement product will be sent to you. If not, the team will notify the customer immediately.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AFTER THE RETURN POLICY COVERAGE DAYS?

Your item cannot be returned after 3 days upon receipt. Therefore, you are advised to check the products immediately upon receipt.

The customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches RoyalePharma HQ. RoyalePharma will not be liable for any loss or damage of the product prior to the product received by us. The customers are advised to pack safely the product to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box or its original packaging.
