Direction for use
1. Shampoo hair with a small amount of shampoo and massage gently to work up a lather. Rinse thoroughly. Dry hair with a towel. For better result, is recommended to use together with 21 CENTURY NOURISHAIR SHAMPOO PLUS CONDITIONER.
2. Apply several drops of NOURISHAIR TONIC Directly to your scalp.
3. Massage gently into scalp for 1 minute.
4.Style hair as usual.

1. WHAT IS THE ROYALE PHARMA RETURN POLICY?
All items sold online via RoyalePharma Online at www.royalepharma.com are only eligible for return subjected to certain requirements as stated below in the RoyalePharma Return Policy. Refunds are not available.
2. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN?
Requirements for a valid return under the RoyalePharma Policy are limited to: Customer to notify RoyalePharma using the online form or via e-mail at sales.support@royalepharma.com within 3 days upon the receipt of products proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc). Reason for return has to be valid and return conditions must be met (as below). Photos of products to be returned (optional) can be attached as proof.
IN WHICH CONDITIONS CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?
1. Damaged or defective condition products.
2. Wrong item(s) delivered not as per ordered.
3. Expired items.
4. Wrong quantity delivered – it could be over supplied or under supplied.
Note: All products returned must be in the exact condition received by the customer. In the unlikely event that your return does not meet the above requirement, our Customer Service Team will notify you before sending it back to you.
WHAT DO I DO AFTER SUBMITTING THE ONLINE FORM?
Our Customer Service Team will contact you within 7 working days after receiving the online form. In the event the customer does not receive any reply from us after the 7 working days period, please contact us via e-mail at online@royalepharma.com or Hotline number at 1 800 88 8380. Our selected courier company will collect the product from your location to be returned to RoyalePharma.
HOW LONG AFTER THE COLLECTION PROCESS WILL I GET MY PRODUCT REPLACEMENT?
RoyalePharma will evaluate the returned product and determine whether it meets the Return Policy requirements. The evaluation process will take at least 3 working days. Once approved, the new replacement product will be sent to you. If not, the team will notify the customer immediately.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AFTER THE RETURN POLICY COVERAGE DAYS?
Your item cannot be returned after 3 days upon receipt. Therefore, you are advised to check the products immediately upon receipt.
The customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches RoyalePharma HQ. RoyalePharma will not be liable for any loss or damage of the product prior to the product received by us. The customers are advised to pack safely the product to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box or its original packaging.
