WHAT IS THE ROYALE PHARMA RETURN POLICY?
All items sold online via Royale Pharma website http://www.royalepharma.com/estore are only eligible for return subjected to certain requirements as stated below in the Royale Pharma Return Policy. Refunds are not available.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN?
Requirements for a valid return under the Royale Pharma Policy are limited to:
Customer to notify Royale Pharma using the online form or via e-mail at email@example.com within 3 days upon the receipt of products
Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc)
Reason for return has to be valid and return conditions must be met (as below)
Photos of products to be returned (optional).
IN WHICH CONDITIONS CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?
Wrong item(s) delivered not as per ordered
Wrong quantity delivered – it could be oversupplied or undersupplied
All products returned must be in the exact condition received by the customer.
In the unlikely event that your return does not meet the above requirement, our Customer Service Team will notify you before sending it back to you.
WHAT DO I DO AFTER SUBMITTING THE ONLINE FORM?
Our Customer Service Team will contact you within 7 working days after receiving the online form. In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from us after the 7 working days period, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our selected courier company will collect the product from your location to be returned to RoyalePharma.
HOW LONG AFTER THE COLLECTION PROCESS WILL I GET MY PRODUCT REPLACEMENT?
Royale Pharma will evaluate the returned product and determine whether it meets the Return Policy requirements. The evaluation process will take at least 3 working days. After that, the new replacement product will be sent to you.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AFTER THE RETURN POLICY COVERAGE DAYS?
Your item cannot be returned after 3 days upon receipt. Therefore, you are advised to check the products immediately upon receipt.
